1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") apply to the use of the baji pot platform and all services under it. By accessing the baji pot website, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between baji pot and the user. If any term is unclear or you have questions, please contact our support team before registering on the site.

2 Account Registration

To register on baji pot, each user must provide accurate and truthful information. The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth provided at registration must be real and verifiable. Accounts registered with false information will be cancelled.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person or members of the same household to register multiple accounts, or for multiple accounts to be operated from the same device. If this rule is violated, all accounts and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the baji pot support team immediately.

• Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Log out securely after each session, especially when using a public or shared device.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All baji pot services are for persons aged 21 and above only. You must confirm that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration. baji pot may request a valid government-issued ID at any time to verify a user's age and identity.

3.1 Required Documents

If identity verification is required, you may need to submit one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Driving licence (showing date of birth)

Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. If information relating to age or identity is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Depositing and withdrawing money on baji pot is subject to specific limits and methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baji pot currently handles deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within one hour. However, if identity verification or additional security review is required, it may take longer. Withdrawal funds will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Cryptocurrency

baji pot does not accept or process any cryptocurrency payments.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

baji pot offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific wagering requirements, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed by the account holder themselves.
• The benefit of a promotion cannot be taken more than once unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are not redeemable as cash and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• baji pot may change or withdraw any promotion without notice.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, baji pot will investigate and reserves the right to forfeit the bonus if necessary.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting, casino games, and other wagering activities on baji pot.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered final once it has been confirmed by the system. If a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, baji pot reserves the right to void it and return the funds.

6.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. If the odds displayed when placing a bet change before confirmation, baji pot may give the user the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

6.3 Cancelled or Incomplete Events

If a sports event is cancelled or does not reach its scheduled conclusion, bets placed on that event are generally voided and the stake is returned to the user's account. However, specific rules for particular sports may apply separately.

6.4 System Errors

If a game result is incorrect due to a software or hardware error, baji pot reserves the right to void the result of that game and return the stake. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of an error will also be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji pot platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

• Fraudulent activity, match fixing, or placing bets using bots.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using funds in an account for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Stealing or fraudulently using another user's information.
• Harassing baji pot staff or behaving inappropriately.
• Financing or conducting any illegal activity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

baji pot reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior warning, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any balance remaining in the account may be withdrawn before closure, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months. baji pot will contact the user separately regarding the balance of an inactive account.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

baji pot always aims to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur for technical reasons. In such cases baji pot will not be liable for any loss, unless the disruption was directly caused by baji pot's own negligence.

• baji pot is not responsible for bets lost due to loss of internet connection.
• baji pot does not accept liability for delays in transactions caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Any loss resulting from problems with the user's own device or software is not the responsibility of baji pot.

However, any complaint regarding the quality of service may be directed to the support team, available 24/7.

11 Responsible Gaming
